Complaints Handling Procedure
Please see guidelines below:
- Any clients making a complaint will be treated with courtesy and respect as we are dedicated to the continuous improvement of our services.
- All complaints will be dealt with on an individual basis and will be resolved in various ways.
- Our company will work to resolve any disputes within 8 weeks. After this time, clients can escalate to the Energy Ombudsman or service related regulator, which are separate and free services (contact details for Energy Ombudsman can be seen below). This can be done through various methods (as below). We're happy to offer advice and support for you to do this.
- You can initially expect a response within 5 working days from us, we will then update you of further developments as required.
- All emailed complaints will have a recorded time and date, for any postal complaints (which can be requested free of charge) please include date, time and relevant contact details.
- Complaints can also be made via telephone or in person (appointment required).
- In the event that an Energy Service compliant isn’t satisfied, the client may escalate the complaint to Ombudsman services.
